Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your order. Because every item is printed on demand just for you, here is how returns work:

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or is not what you ordered, email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.

Size exchanges

Ordered the wrong size? Contact us within 30 days of delivery. We offer a one-time exchange; the item must be unworn and unwashed.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of purchase, before they enter production.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
